UWP Device App Developer

For one of our hardware producing customers, we are looking for a UWP Device App Developer with knowledge related to MS licensing and compliance. They are preparing a companion Windows application for new hardware, and subsequently need assistance in making a UWP device app available in Windows Store.The ambition for the application is that it should be automatically downloaded and installed when their hardware is connected to a Windows computer.
