To become a freelance project manager for ProData Consult, you must have a minimum of five years of experience with either IT projects or more business-oriented projects.
As a project manager for ProData Consult, you have technical insight and deep experience with complex projects, IT development projects and organizational implementation projects. You understand the processes involved in IT projects, which means that you are able to organize the project’s resources in the optimal way. You also have experience managing a project group of specialist IT consultants.
In addition, having certification or experience with the following best-practice methodologies is a definite advantage:
- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
- PRINCE2 project management
- Change management - Prosci Change Management Practitioner (ADKAR)
- ITIL
- SCRUM Master (agile development)
