ProData Consult and Sourcing Network enter into a strategic partnership
Sourcing Network – the fastest-growing provider of tech and management consultants in the Swedish market – has entered into a strategic partnership with ProData Consult, which is Denmark’s leading independent consultancy with activities in Sweden, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland. As part of the partnership, ProData Consult acquires a majority shareholding in Sourcing Network, whose owners simultaneously join ProData Consult’s ownership circle.
Sourcing Network is expected to generate revenue of more than SEK 300 million after having achieved good results in the Swedish consultancy market for several years.
The partnership will enable Sourcing Network’s owners to further develop the business and draw on ProData Consult’s experience and organization. This is to create an even stronger business with a sharp focus on delivering high quality services to pursue growth opportunities in the market.

As a result of the collaboration, clients of Sourcing Network will gain access to the unique “Nearshoring-as-a-Service” solution, which offers access to Polish consultants with strong specialist competencies, ensuring a highly competitive combination of high quality and scalability. Simultaneously, Sourcing Network will offer both clients and consultants advanced technological process support on one of the market’s strongest platforms.

Sourcing Network will continue as usual and under the same brand, and day-to-day management will continue to consist of Sara Hildebrand and Alex Kouchmeshki. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
